Summary

Summary
The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected operations, focusing on patient care administration and quality management (QM). During the review, we provided crime awareness briefings to 2,613 employees. This review focused on seven operational activities and a follow-up review area. The facility complied with selected standards in the following three activities: (1) management of multidrug-resistant organisms, (2) medication management, and (3) physician credentialing and privileging. The facility reported as accomplishments its improved access to care through the telehealth program and earning several special designations and certifications. We made recommendations for improvement in the following four activities and follow-up review area: QM. Management of test results. Environment of care. Coordination of care. Follow-up on customer service training.
