Report Summary: The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected operations, focusing on patient care administration and quality management (QM). During the review, we provided crime awareness briefings to 385 employees. This review focused on seven operational activities and one follow-up review area. We made recommendations for improvements in the following seven activities and follow-up review area: Physician credentialing and privileging. Coordination of care. Management of test results. Medication management. Management of multidrug-resistant organisms. Environment of care. QM. Follow-up on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Advanced Cardiac Life Support training and certification
